Annika Spriggs

Founder & Chief Operating Officer

“They say there are thinkers and doers. I’d like to prove that you can be both.”

Annika lives by this simple mantra, and this idea has fueled her career in the outdoor industry for over 16 years. She’s worked for organizations across the United States, spending her adult life facilitating, teaching, training and leading people of all ages in a variety of outdoor environments. Throughout her experiences, Annika developed a passion for community engagement, cultural responsiveness, and training. She’s been lucky enough to volunteer with the American Camping Association and the Association for Challenge Course Technology, and is an active instructor through the American Canoe Association, American Red Cross, and Leave No Trace. When she’s not working, she’s usually surfing, snowboarding, hiking or playing games with her husband and dog.
