The Challenge Course Leadership Institute (CCLI) is designed for leaders and managers of challenge courses and aerial adventure parks. This program imparts the skills needed to be effective leaders and trainers. From resource management to facility leadership, participants learn to orchestrate seamless operations, fostering a culture of excellence and safety.

This training incorporates a one day online training component, which can be asynchronous (self paced) or synchronous (instructor led). This is typically followed by three days of in person training, however this course has been customized for four training days.
