Last month, Outdoor Training Services (OTS) had the privilege of hosting a dynamic Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice (DEIJ) training session, and we're excited to share a glimpse behind the scenes with our readers.

Our client, who recognized the importance of fostering inclusivity within their team, took advantage of our group discounts to make this transformative experience accessible to all. This commitment to equality set the tone for an enriching and diverse learning environment.
